“Just recieved my order which includes my first DA and a few other items. Choice on the website is excellent and prices good. Like the point reward system also. Received tge items quickly but at a cost which is my only complaint. I spend ALOT of money on things every year,not just detailing related,and have very little issue getting items delivered for free even to Aberdeen from all parts of the country. I understand this particular package is heavy but was also an order of over £200 before the postage costs and to have the MINIMUM 2-3 day delivery cost coming in at £14.95 and the next day delivery cost at £18.95 is seriously off-putting! I'd expect an order of that value to be free of postage costs on a standard delivery to anywhere on mainland UK and plenty of couriers don't class Aberdeen as Scottish Highlands,which it most definitely isn't. As I say the postage costs are my only complaint but is a fairly considerable one which perhaps CYC could look into improving drastically for the future. That's my reason for only giving the 4 stars instead of 5 as otherwise great!”

“Need to allow delivery to work address - appreciate adds slight risk but will increase your orders by a significant amount. You could limit high risk addresses and perhaps allow on subsequent deliveries. Many people work during delivery times - I will shop where convenience is high. Other than great service - friend has already confirmed these products to be top notch!”

“Massive range of products available as well as lots of information for the 'not so sure' (like me!) to be able to make an informed decision meant I emptied my wallet quite easily! Products were delivered less than 24 hours later, and the car looks fantastic! Will be back, for sure.”

“Just started using these guys with my second order delivered today and I am nothing but impressed! Quick delivery, great products and probably the best 'online' customer service anywhere - a handwritten "Thank you" note is each order is a supreme touch. Only downside is the fact that my bank balance will now be taking a regular hit! I can't recommend them enough!”

“Made my first order to CYC last Thursday for a Das 6 Pro with extra pads and polishes. It arrived first thing Monday morning via DPD and was very well packaged. Communication was great throughout and with additional discount through the group buy, it made things even better value for money. I am already lining up another order and hope Tim and his team can continue with the excellent customer service. Thanks again.”

“Ordered some detailing items and they were delivered with super fast speed and efficiency! All the bottles were double wrapped in sealed plastic bags to avoid any spillages and then placed into sturdy boxes filled with foam packing. A fantastic service and one that I will definitely be using again and again.”
