“Really quick in dispatch and ease of ordering is really good. I now get all my products from this website for my detailing work. However the amount of packaging being used is outrageous. I ordered a bottle and it was packaged with so much cardboard strips that it almost filled my wheelie bin. Please change that cleanyourcar”

“Requested further information on a product by email on Saturday, had a reply on Monday. Ordered it on Tuesday afternoon and received it on Thursday. Very pleased with the exceptional service.”

“Excellent, packaging safe,delivery on time, recommendations put in the comments box followed. Just disappointed by 1 product = Chemical guy leather scent. -> Really a product to avoid which smells absolutely not leather scent but high chemical odor, it will be trashed.”

“Just recieved my order which includes my first DA and a few other items. Choice on the website is excellent and prices good. Like the point reward system also. Received tge items quickly but at a cost which is my only complaint. I spend ALOT of money on things every year,not just detailing related,and have very little issue getting items delivered for free even to Aberdeen from all parts of the country. I understand this particular package is heavy but was also an order of over £200 before the postage costs and to have the MINIMUM 2-3 day delivery cost coming in at £14.95 and the next day delivery cost at £18.95 is seriously off-putting! I'd expect an order of that value to be free of postage costs on a standard delivery to anywhere on mainland UK and plenty of couriers don't class Aberdeen as Scottish Highlands,which it most definitely isn't. As I say the postage costs are my only complaint but is a fairly considerable one which perhaps CYC could look into improving drastically for the future. That's my reason for only giving the 4 stars instead of 5 as otherwise great!”

“After having searched the internet for the best deal for a DA Polisher, I finally settled (after some help from the DW community) on the DAS6 Pro from Clean Your Car. Having ordered with the free delivery option, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my order had been processed very quickly and had been dispatched way in advance of the 3-5 working day delivery timescale. The order was tracked by DPD and delivered in a well packaged box. All in all I am very pleased, and I will be using the 'CYC' website again!”
