“First class service from Ian in the bed department, clearly, he knows that choosing beds, bases and headboards is not a five-minute job and has the understanding to be around for questions but not to pester the customer. His input and advice was very much appreciated by us and we're very pleased with the purchases we made. The delivery went smoothly, despite the van breaking down and causing the delivery men a problem before they got to us, they were still very polite and helpful.
