“First class service from Ian in the bed department, clearly, he knows that choosing beds, bases and headboards is not a five-minute job and has the understanding to be around for questions but not to pester the customer. His input and advice was very much appreciated by us and we're very pleased with the purchases we made. The delivery went smoothly, despite the van breaking down and causing the delivery men a problem before they got to us, they were still very polite and helpful. Well done Claytons on the quality of your staff. Mr & Mrs C”

“The Claytons staff were so helpful, the in store staff were very patient when Mother changed her mind about her original carpet colour choice. The fitters were amazing, moving furniture, preparing the surface for the new carpet, they worked quickly and efficiently. First class service, thank you Claytons”

“From start to finish this has been a very successful experience. The staff in-store were very helpful and knowledgeable about the wardrobe units. The delivery men were courteous and friendly and the fitter explained everything clearly and asked us questions to clarify the positioning of each unit. A whole team of lovely people!”

“We found the delivery and fitting very good. All three men were friendly, polite and helpful. The goods arrived within the time slot and the fitter arrived within minutes of delivery. On today's experience we would recommend Claytons to other people”

“All went very well with our order. The two delivery men are pleasant, polite and clean workers, taking great care to cover our new carpets with clean sheets, the same with our delivery products. The fitter as always is meticulous in his work, extremely trustworthy and a very nice person in general”

“Practical support from the assistant when we were choosing sofas. They arrived early and Claytons coordinated the delivery of the suite with the fitting of the carpet at short notice. Fitters of both the carpet and the sofas were professional, efficient and friendly. Thank You”

“Great customer service from a helpful, polite salesman. Excellent price for carpet and fitting. The carpet was fitted quickly and efficiently, all rubbish and carpet cut offs taken away with the room left tidily - just needed to be hoovered. I had originally paid to have the existing carpet lifted and disposed of, however I didn’t need this service and was very quickly refunded without quibble. I have used Clayton’s Carpets numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed with their service.”
