“We have just moved into area and in the past have always used another well know company. We saw Claytons and thought we'd just drop in. The customer service was amazing, no pressure, we chose our carpet, but explained that the problem we have, was that there were two oak wardrobes that we couldn't move due to weight of them (other companies have insisted that the room must be completely empty). Their solution was simple, they said they would send two strong men and work around them. Had a visit so they could get exact measurements, once again no pressure. Had the carpet fitted Thursday, by two lovely men, they did a great job and were very helpful when repositioning wardrobes. We paid a little extra so they would take up old carpet and take it away, which was great for us. I would definitely recommend Claytons. From Customer service to fitting we are very pleased.”

I had reason to call a few days later to ask if someone would be able to return to move the remaining carpet to her garage for a fee and Mark, the extremely kind gentleman I spoke to, agreed to go round and do it himself at no charge. This truly was service above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldn't hesitate to use Clayton's again or recommend them to others.”
