“As a new customer, I found the staff at Claytons extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was such a jolly chap and clearly knew his job. I found the overall experience of looking for new flooring quite relaxing at claytons and will absolutely be returning. The fitter done an amazing job and has made my bathrooms lovely. Thankyou all”

“Having browsed on the internet, and spoken to two sales advisors at Clayton Carpets, I proceeded to order online a G Plan power recliner armchair. It was the best price I could find, and I needed comfort. I had sat in the G Plan in many shops, and knew this was the one. Both advisors were very helpful, and although I was nervous about delivery, the item came boxed and wrapped in plastic. Both delivery people unwrapped it for me, and waited while I checked it for any signs of damage. The armchair was in perfect condition, and I would thoroughly recommend Clayton Carpets, and DX for their fine delivery. The chair is so nice, I don't want to sit in it now!”

“From placing order with Lynda, to asking how quickly could the carpet be fitted, the whole Clayton carpet purchase was top notch. Had time to browse without pushy selling techniques, guidance when asking questions, efficient service the whole way . Carpet installed next day, beautifully fitted by chap who is clearly well qualified and no mess or marks to decor or skirting . Long may this family run business continue as this type of service and professionalism is unique. With thanks Mr & Mrs Croft.”

“Outstanding customer service and sales team. I had 1 unique and 1 normal shaped bedroom that needed new carpets. Instead of looking to sell me premier stock, Mike took me round all the end of roll off cuts that allowed me to get a better carpet at a steal of a price. Their team of fitters were lovely and had both carpets fitted in no time. You will not find this level of service at any of the main retailers. I will not be looking anywhere else for my next carpet. 5 Star local company.”

“Excellent service. First, I was allowed to take vinyl samples home, which helped me to choose. Second, although the fitting went wrong, Claytons dealt with it superbly and the poor work was quickly corrected to a very high standard. All staff were helpful, friendly and had excellent product knowledge. I found this store really good to deal with.”

“You won't be disappointed , friendly staff,excellent service quality furniture at realistic prices, We had a lounge carpet fitted this morning , a job well done , polite and courtersey fitters and very tidy to say the least and this afternoon our 3 piece suite arrived again delivery drivers very polite respected the new carpet by placing covers on the floor prior to installing the suite excellent job all round”
