“I had the whole house done. Laminate down stairs, carpets upstairs and vinyl in the WC’s. Carpet and laminate is great however the vinyl has been sealed in the bathrooms and it is now loose and has lumps on one of them. I rang within a week of having noticed the sealing wasn’t completed and was assured that someone would come and finish it off but no one has ever turned up and no one from Clayton’s has followed up to see if it has been done.”
