“Excellent reliable service. On delivery a small fault was spotted by the delivery team who said they would report it We had a phone call within the hour to apologise and had already contacted a contractor to rectify the fault. You can't ask for more than that for service.”

“Customer service has been brilliant each time I have visited the shop... and the carpet fitters were really lovely too... would definitely recommend them. I have made 3 purchases in the space of 6 months and have not been disappointed. They always go the extra mile with their service.”

“Yet another satisfied customer as just had bedroom carpet fitted etc, all grand job again. Started with viewing for choice couple of days earlier, choice made, Neil provided excellent service, not pushy, just very efficient and helpful. Fitters arrived as arranged, in fact courtesy call from them saying could arrive earlier if that was convenient, so duly obliged. Have already planned visit for lounge carpet choice very soon. Thank you for your service , first class business and staff.”

“Excellent service again. Only ordered on Sunday I asked if possible to fit it on Tuesday they said yes. Fitters rang to say on way as reguested. Great job done. Thank you”

“The service was amazing from start to finish! The staff in store could not have been more helpful. As for the 2 delivery drivers that came I can not express how pleasant and willing to help they were. I really do believe that it is down to those two guys that I am leaving such a good review and also will be coming back in future for any furniture needed or carpets. You guys would get 10 stars if possible! Thankyou soo much for making the transition Into our new house so smooth and constantly going beyond to help your customers!”
