“I ordered a shirt by telephone and received it the next day as promised, I have not as yet tried it on but it looks great. Why I have not given excellent is due to the fact that I brought a jacket from their stand at show ground which needed to be altered, I was told I would receive the jacket in a week, 12 days later I still await the jacket. The young lady I spoke to about the delay was most helpful and friendly and will be getting back to me with news about the delayed item.”

“The shirts I have bought are all beautiful and we are happy with that part of the transaction. However , DPD delivered this parcel to another address two streets away (left it in a bin!) by good luck the owner of that house sought us out. Please intersect with DPD for our postcode as this is not acceptable for you as a company or your customers.”

“I love the shirts and blazers and my husband has a growing collection of the shirts. However sizing is a real issue my husband is XXL 50/52 inch chest all day long but here he is 4XL and I still haven't managed to find a blazer! Thats. My. Next feedback nowhere near enough stock in larger sizes really disappointing. All said love the brand just sort out stocking. The customer service team and fantastic and extremely helpful. Would shop here more definately!”

“I am a regular purchaser if Claudio Lugli shirts because of their wonderful designs and quality. However; purchasing directly and regularly should have a benefit. Wherever I purchase they are the same price within £5. Surely a direct purchase with loyalty should be rewarded.”

“Love Claudio’s shirts. I have about 10 now when ordering pay particular attention to the type of cotton I like the satin cotton over the heavier winter cotton. I always get great remarks too! Only grumble is the new loyalty scheme didn’t want to recognise my previous purchases”

“Ordered shirt, came next day which was fantastic but realised ordered wrong size. i emailed claudio but they have still to reply ( week later) i have since ordered the correct size as a gift so i am unable to open it but looks good and again arrived on time.. still awaiting a call back on original as it needs to be returned”

“Such a beautiful and beautifully made shirt. I bought it for my husbands birthday, ordered a large as my husband wears large, sadly it's a bit tight. We compared it size wise after he'd worn it against his other shirts and yes it's a couple of inches narrower, wished I'd ordered an XL. Next time I will.”
