“Absolutely love the shirts this is number 6 in my collection and more will follow. Quality, design and finish are second to none.Service was a bit iffy as my latest purchase had a flaw so had to be returned. Replacement (after chasing twice) took over a week and i’m still waiting for a refund of the postage costs incurred due to them supplying a faulty item”

“This is the first time i have purchased from you. The product is first class and both members of the ordering team to whom i spoke were very helpful and professional. My only complaint was that i couldn't order through the website. The system appeared unable to accept my Northern Ireland address. A small matter, given that the ordering team were so helpful. “Easy to use website with a good selection and style of long and short sleeve shirts Size guide is very accurate and highly recommended that it is used when ascertaining the required fit. Delivery is extremely efficient with good tracking. The shirt had a print ink smudge on the back of the shirt that managed to get past quality control at either material manufacturer or garment assembly. The affected area looked like someone had attempted to remove the mark as the material pile appeared to have been rubbed. Claudio Lugli offered £10 credit off next purchase.”

“Products are great good quality and original designs I now have 4 shirts and intend to purchase more, the only downside has been delivery I have placed 2 orders and both had problems, these were however sorted out quickly, but shouldn't have happened. I look forward to placing my third order maybe third time lucky”

“The shirt is fantastic quality, looks an absolute show stopper when worn. Very well made. The fit is more accurate than a lot of other lesser makes. Only disappointment was that I paid £6 delivery signed for, dumped in full view on the step while I was out, lucky it was still there.”

“Prompt service and delivery. They should have an option on their webshop allowing you to include a note with the order, in case it is a gift (it was). Also gift packaging as an option would be appreciated.”
