“Website error meant they couldnt make good on the shirt I ordered online, but they called me up straight away the following day, emailed me a choice of suggested alternatives (some dearer in price), I chose one and it still managed to arrive the next day. Good old fashioned customer service, definitely use again”

“I have several shirts by this company as they make lovely products Just received my latest one direct from them rather from my usual shop as they don’t stock the one I wanted…it’s the usual excellent standard … only thing is it has a small what looks like an ink mark on it… didn’t notice until I was trying it on and due to the pattern on the shirt it doesn’t “jump out” on you …. Bit disappointing but I will wear it as it’s for a special event in a few days”
