“I had an issue ordering online so sent a message which was replied to very quickly. I was advised to call the store who were extremely helpful. The order was received by post just a couple of days later. Excellent service.”

“The shirt was very good quality and looked good. However the size guide was very inaccurate. I am 45" chest. I ordered XL, 45"-47". The shirt I received failed to meet at the front to allow me to fasten the buttons by some 4 or 5 inches. I would guess it was 40" chest at best. They have refunded the purchase price promptly. This means that I am £13.50 out of pocket. The original £8 delivery charge and the £5.50 I had to pay to return it. I have no confidence in Claudio Lugli being able to provide a shirt that fits which is a shame because I love some of their designs.”

“I rung your London branch and a gentleman answered the phone and was most polite and understanding. I described the shirt I wanted which is the cruise ships at night shirt in size large. One was in stock and posted. I also requested to put to the designers, more Roman style shirts featuring columns, emporers and alike. Always great shirts. Now own seven.”
