“The product is fine. I gave a 2 star as it arrived with Claudio Lugli written all over the packaging- bang goes my husband's Christmas surprise present as he saw it! I've made a complaint but not heard back as yet!”

“This brand tends to make ‘over fussy’ shirts - but sometimes they find a combination of materials and designs: details that are such a lovely combination. The detailing is often exquisite and it’s lovely to wear something where so much care has been taken…but as I wrote above, that can be taken too far… However, an example detail that is very nice is how the collar is managed - no stiffeners, but subtle buttons to hold them in place…”

“Rarely do you receive this level of customer service. Firstly, the jacket arrived so quickly it was impressive. Well packed and presented. When my husband tried it on I was bowled over. The jacket is fabulous, fits perfectly (we ordered one size up as suggested). I will be so proud to be standing with him when he next wears it. It's light weight, excellent for packing. We are hoping it won't crease which would be the icing on the cake. Well done Claudio Lugli.”

“Hi I would to say having used them on a few occasions to be very professional and efficient. I had a small problem with the web site when trying to get their discount but I e mailed them and they phoned me back within 24 hours to fix the issue . Well done Oman”
