“not happy with the services delivered by Chesire. ordered a brass fuel tap and a brass fuel pipe for my matchless g3l but got nickel plated ones. 1) please ship what has been ordered, 2) adjust your web page in case part is not available, and 3) inform the customer prior shipping the "wrong" parts.”

“Classic Bike Parts Cheshire has been extremely helpful in selecting suitable replacement fuel taps for me. I had ordered the wrong ones and contacted CBPC using the 'contact' email service on the website. An immediate response and a phone call later suggested a course of action; within three days I had the correct taps and some accessories delivered and fitted on my bike.”

“Order taken and the money online. Confirmation of order received and notification of despatch. Advised delivery would take 4-7 days. After 14 days I rang for an update ~ told the sales advisor was busy but would call back. No call back just an email to say the part was now out of stock and a refund would be made in time. Appalling service!”
