“I ordered an air filter, without thinking about all my requirements, so had to return it as it would not fit. I enclosed a letter with the returned item stating the requirements wanted. A replacement arrived yesterday with the correct offset requirement, but the wrong size aperture/mouth! Too small! Having used a caliper to measure the carburettor mouth, and giving the dimension, why send something different? If you do not have it or cannot supply the required part, say so, and return my money! There was no acknowledgement of the returned item receipt by them, or that a replacement was on it's way! Poor service in my view. I now have to pay postage to return this wrong item!”
