Very pleased with the help I received from Clarify. I messaged a few times asking questions before I booked a car and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I was booking a car which my son would be collecting so it was important to me that everything was in order for him. I feel happy that everything is in order for collection and would definitely recommend them.

Easy, quick and hassle free…. Plenty hire car companies to choose from and a wide selection of good quality vehicles. All in all a very good experience with clarify.

I spoke to David about car insurance in Los Angeles-I had already booked a car and paid for it through another company and just needed the insurance. But David talked me through the insurance options and then actually found a cheaper car hire deal for me. So I was able to cancel my initial booking, book with him, for about the same price as my initial booking, but this time including the car insurance. So grateful for someone to be able to explain the details of insurance. He was professional, friendly and I have already recommended them to 2 people who are about to fly to Los Angeles.

Very attentive customer care. David is as good as everyone says. Price is very competitive and the deposit low. I will post again once the car is picked up to let all know if the operation is as painless and smooth as expected.

Using Clarify was a great experience from start to finish. The price was very competative and 50% less than the booking we originally had with Sixt. David was extremely helpful with my insurance concerns having been scarred in Corsica a couple of months before. We booked a standard SUV for a road trip in SW USA. At pick up there was none of the usual insurance add on nonsense and we were given a free upgrade to a BMW X4. We will definitely use Clarify in future.

Using Clarify was a hassle free experience it was so easy (and so much cheaper than going direct to the care hire provider). Everything was seamless, from point of pick-up in Spain to dropping it back. The quality of vehicle was quality and it was spotlessly clean and fuelled ready to go. I will most definitely use Clarify again. A massive thank you to all at Clarify Care Hire!

David, who is The Head of Customer Service at your company (boy did I get lucky), really took the time to walk me through every step of the car reservation process. It took awhile-like over an hour but he stuck with me. I only have a debit card I can use for my rental in Ireland so it was more challenging but David's kindness really made the difference. Thank you!!

At the last minute the timing of our flights to and from Spain changed. Clarify were very helpful in sorting the timings out with the car rental company with no additional cost. Matter was also dealt with very promptly.

The measure of a truly outstanding company is not just delivering their bog-standard product or service but how they handle things when things go awry for the customer. Problems happen, that’s life, and I will admit I was most unhappy when mine transpired, BUT Clarify leapt straight on it, did everything conceivable in their power to resolve, and the nett result is that not only will I return as a customer but have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. At the time of booking I hadn’t realised they are a family company but I now believe this “vested interest” is what confirms them as truly caring about the customer. Excellent.
