“This is the most incompetent customer service department I’ve come across.
After not hearing back for week's about an UNOPENED return request. We decided to keep the bassinet. To our surprise as we were putting the stand together the support dowels were missing.
What a bunch of jokers. Keep your money go elsewhere”
