“The flavour of the hot chocolate is very nice but when I get close to the bottom of the mug there are small gloopy lumps left, I haven't found this with other 100% hot chocolate I've bought.”

“My chocolates never arrived... no explanation received. I emailed Duncan but nobody got back to me. DPD sent a note stating my parcel was sent back to the chocolate society. I was here all day 2ft from front door. Nobody came here. It was a gift for a birthday... Dr Susie Anthony 07973 111 552 Really upset !!!!”
