About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Chococo’s Customer service is excellent and I have always found it to be (I placed a last minute order and called to see how long it would be and the team were very helpful). However, the chocolate itself, is truly AMAZING and possibly the best I have tasted!”

“Very disappointed. The Advent Collection ordered was a small box of chocolates with a picture representing a traditional Advent Calender on the front, not what I expected. Having previously ordered before I won't be again.”

Thank you for taking the time to post your review about our Advent Calendar. We are a little puzzled by your comment as the images and explanation on our webpage clearly show that it is a box of 25 chocolates arranged in date order with a special numbered sleeve and menu to follow inside, and that it's an advent calendar with a real twist - no doors or plastic packaging. We don't want to lose any customers, but if you had contacted us to let us know about your disappointment, you could have returned it for a refund.

“Interesting descriptions but chocolates are so small it's difficult to pick up all the flavours. They are packed so closely they are very difficult to remove from the box.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our Autumn Collection has been exceptionally popular this year with people loving our autumnal flavour combinations including Toffee Apple, Spiced Pumpkin & Black Forest Gateau. The cardboard grids are there to make sure your chocolates reach you in perfect condition, but there's a note on the menu suggesting that you lift out the grid dividers if you have any difficulty extracting your chocolates.

“I thought the Hallowwen pumkins and spiders were unusual and was pleased with a speedy delivery. However one pumpkin was broken on arrival which was disappointing”

Sorry that one of your pumpkins was broken. This is really unusual, but sadly, very occasionally things are damaged in transit. Please don't hesitate to contact our lovely Customer Care team if there's ever a problem with any future deliveries as we can take the matter up with Royal Mail if we know promptly.
