We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“The chocolates I know are lovely, but I’ve since found out that they never arrived! I left it late to review as the person who I sent them to has only just informed me. However, Chococo made every effort to trace the delivery and the post office has clearly mislaid them.”

We appreciate you taking the time to post your review and are so pleased that you think our chocolate is lovely. If there's a delivery issue it's always best to contact our lovely customer care team directly and promptly; sadly there's not much we can do three months after delivery.

“The chocolates were superb as always however can you please send them out in a plain outer box. these were a present for my wife but she took them in from the courier and the outer packaging had your logo all over it which spoilt the surprise.”

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, and we're thrilled that you love our chocolates. Our 'Chocs Away' email that we send when your order is despatched does let you know that the postal box is branded so that you can get to the front door first if it is a surprise. We took advice from our business mentors, who have vast experience in managing online businesses, and they recommended that our boxes should be branded to show pride in our brand. This is in line with many other premium businesses, especially in the food and drink sector, that have branded boxes.

“Gorgeous chocolate wrapped in tissue paper in a lovely box also wrapped in tissue paper. All very well packaged and delivered quickly. The chocolate taste amazing. Would highly recommend. It's the second time for ordering and will order again.”

“Ordered chocolate for my son's birthday. Ordering and paying online was very easy. The order was despatched very promptly and arrived safely and well packaged. “I buy Chococo chocolates regularly from their Exeter shop...The chocolates are quite simply divine... always happy to try the new flavours when they come out. My latest purchase was online...a present for my mother's birthday such a treat for her at 88 years young. The presentation of them makes them even more of a special present as each chocolate is designed uniquely with attention to detail with a fabulous array of flavours to choose from...she was extremely happy with this present!! Postage was great and received quickly...and demolished just as quickly. :)) Highly recommend..5 stars all the way Well Done Claire & Andy.”

Thank you, we're so pleased you enjoyed them. Our chocolate is single-origin and ethically sourced with no palm oil, and all of our brownies and chocolates are hand crafted and made with local ingredients, so definitely worth every penny.
