We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

Sorry that you didn't fall in love with our chocolates. The webpage for the Large Fresh Selection Box shows the Eat By date, states that the box contains fresh ingredients and that they need to be eaten quickly. The messages are repeated in various forms to make it as obvious as possible, so we're sorry if you missed that information.

“I love chococo but have never had the advent calendar before so treated myself this year and it didn’t disappoint, really enjoyed the calendar and the chocolate Wars as great as all the other products from chococo. Not too sickly sweet which is perfect for me.”

“I haven't eaten chocolate for over 15 years as I am allergic to soya and I'd pretty much given up ever eating it again. I was sent some chocolate by a friend who told me to check the ingredients and try some as it was delicious. I did and it was! It reminded me of the chocolate we all used to have as children.No palm oil,no soya,no additives-just natural ingredients.Chococo chocolate tastes amazing,delicious and doesn't make me ill! Thank you.”

“Chocolates were fine; delivery by Royal Mail was abysmal - arriving at my home town sorting office then being "redirected" to another part of the country and not arriving in time for Christmas.”

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this, but we're glad that the parcel got to you for Twixmas and you were still able to enjoy them. Looking at your order, it looks as though the incorrect postcode was used when placing the order, which most likely caused the problem with delivery. It's always a good idea to double-check all details on our order confirmations which are automatically issued as soon as orders are placed online. That way we have time to make any corrections or changes if necessary. It looks as though Royal Mail must have given your parcel the personal treatment and checked the postcode against the address, realised the error, and got your parcel to you, so a gold star to Royal Mail for this one!

“I ordered a box of these chocs in the run up to Christmas. They were so good, I ordered a second box straight away ! Fast delivery ! The chocs themselves are special. 25 different chocs with a range of different tastes , and a description of each one , especially the award winners . A real find !”

“The chocolates were good for flavour but my wife and I felt that they needed to have a more " smooth " feel on the tongue. Still loved the varied flavours and will be looking out for them for birthdays etc i n our family and friends.”
