We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I ordered a chocolate lobster and chocolate heart for my Husband for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately when I opened the package the heart was broken in several places spoiling the hand written message that was on it. This is the second order I have had from Chococo that has been delivered either broken or melted and spoiled. For this reason I wouldn't order again. The items were just placed in a cardboard box and wrapped in other bits of paper wrapping. I am aware this is the environmentally friendly option but it no way protects fragile items like chocolate from being damaged in the post.”

Oh no, we're really sorry that your heart arrived broken - nobody wants a broken heart, especially for Valentine's Day. If only you had let us know as soon as the item arrived, we could have replaced it in time for Valentine's Day. Whilst we take every care to pack everything so it does not damage in transit, sometimes we can't help how it is transported with Royal Mail. We care passionately about chocolate, our customers and the planet, so we will always do our best for all of them, but we can only put things right if we're told when things go wrong.

“I bought these for myself as a treat (!) as I'd seen them recommended in The Times. I paid £25 for the box of 25 chocolates and my biggest issue is the price. I thought the chocolates were all nice - not delicious but nice. If I'd paid £10, I'd have felt it was about right for the quality/taste of the product. For £25 I expected something excellent and, although I wish I could say different, I was (very) underwhelmed.”

“Apparently, the chocolates were delicious and despite them being a 91st birthday gift for my Mum, the rest of the family couldn't wait to taste them! Only drawback, they forgot to add the gift card so Mum had no idea they were from me!”

“It's the best vegan chocolate I've tasted! The seed and nut clusters are amazing! I received a vegan chocolate hamper for Christmas. The vegan festive selection was gone in a day (that sounds so bad) and I'm not even a sweets person! I loved it so much I bought myself another box full. Working my way through the delicious goodies and am packing the other half to enjoy on my holidays next week! For the plant-based folk struggling to find chocolate that isn't just plain bars of dark chocolate... I highly recommend Chococo.”
