About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

Thank you, we're really pleased that you love our chocolate. However, we do wish you'd contacted us to let us know that your beautiful eggs had arrived smashed as we could have put things right for you, especially as your delivery arrived more than two weeks before Easter. Sadly reporting damages to a review site doesn't resolve anything, and neither you nor we are happy.

“I was gifted a box of chocs by a friend , they were so lovely I treated myself to some others to try . I love them , especially the dark chocolate. Quality ingredients and lovely flavours brought together ... I love them and have a new favourite every time I try one !”

Oh no, that's very sad to hear. We know that we can't please everyone all of the time, but one star? For chocolate? You forgot to mention that despite you not enjoying the chocolate, we delivered quickly and the chocolates looked beautiful and were well packed. We think that's what you meant to say.

Thank you. At Chococo we believe that we have a duty to look after our planet as much as we can & leave as light a footprint as possible, and we were paying attention to our packaging formats way before most people even heard of recycling!

Thank you, we're really pleased to hear you love the chocolates. We do pre-warn you about the branded box when we send despatch information so you can get to the front door first if it is a surprise! We took advice from our business mentors, who have vast experience of managing online businesses, who recommended that our boxes should be branded to show pride in our brand and this is in line with many other premium businesses, especially in the food and drink sector, who have branded boxes.
