About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Great chocolates. The only issue is when they are sent as a gift the communication goes wrong. I was getting communication addressed to the recipient. The email asking for feedback was addressed to the recipient. The questions regarding delivery can only be answered by the recipient and not the person gifting the chocolates. Sort that out and the whole experience would be flawless.”

The reason you are getting all your email communication addressed to Jon is that you have got his name & address on the order for both the delivery & billing address sections. That is easy to fix if you order from us again - just create a new address in your address book for your billing address and ensure you save it as your default billing address. “We love Chococo and normally visit the Swanage shop. We can't get there during lockdown, and the standard box assortments online included nuts, which we don't like. I contacted them, and they made up a bespoke box which I gave my husband for Valentine's day - we really enjoyed our special treat!”
