We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Hello! The chocolate selections that I ordered were for gifts for my children and were well received. However, I think you have a problem with your website which did not allow me to provide separate delivery and billing addresses, so I ended up ordering in my sons' names using their addresses for both delivery and billing, but with my own email and phone number so that your communications would be with me. This was a bit frustrating, but did not affect efficient delivery. You didn't need a billing address anyway as I paid using my debit card.”

Thanks for your order and for taking the time to send us your feedback. Just to reassure you though, our site does indeed enable you to provide separate delivery & billing addresses - there is a tick box section in the checkout to provide a billing address if it is different to the billing address. Our site is only a few months old and is based on latest best practice with regard to checkout processes but we are in constant dialogue with our web agency to ensure that we are being as clear as possible with our communication in the checkout process. “I ordered the gin chocolate selection for a friend's birthday. They arrived in good time and very quickly after placing the order. Although I haven't tasted them myself, I am told they are delicious and my friend will have no trouble eating them within the 3 week time limit!! This is not the first order I have placed with Chococo and I have been pleased with their service, helpfulness and product every time. Would certainly recommend them.”

“I tried 3 times to order online but had problems at the payment stage,as did the household I wanted to give the chocolates to,in another part of the country. When I rang, the order was placed in minutes and arrived promptly with clear Royal Mail tracking en route. Living fairly near to Swanage I have enjoyed Chococo for many years and will continue to give it as gifts as well as enjoying it myself!”

“Very nice chocolates. Certainly on the expensive side but can taste the quality. Was disappointed with the delivery service. I opted for the preferred delivery date but the package was shipped immediately and it was only by tracking the parcel and changing the delivery date with Royal Mail that I avoided a premature delivery. I would have expected Chococo to have scheduled the shipment for the delivery date I selected when I ordered rather than giving me the problem to solve.”

“they are the go-to gifts for my family who all love them. My last order was for my daughter, her partner and my grandson as it was her civil partnership ceremony which I was unable to attend because of current restrictions. Your delivery service is v. efficient.”

“Chocolate excellent but mistakes on both gift deliveries : a requested gift card not enclosed on one and delivery instructions not followed on the other. When queried told it was our mistakes despite on-line orders being witnessed as correct by us!”

Dear Mr & Mrs C, Thank you for your custom and for taking the time to send us your feedback despite having already been in contact with us. We are sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with our service but I have checked your orders on the system and can see that one has no gift message on the order (and it was sent to your home address) so we wouldn't have known that you wanted a gift message. With regards to the delivery request not being followed on the other order, what Royal Mail will actually do for individual orders is sadly beyond our control. We do our very best to get orders out exactly as our customers have stated on their orders but if there is no gift message on the order, we cannot send one!
