We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Asked for a review. I have no reason to suppose that the chocolates were anything short of lovely, but the ordering process was confusing and the request for feedback came to my daughter's name at my email address, as did all the notifications from Chococo about dispatch and the post office about delivery! Obviously I ordered them for her birthday at her location and so these were slightly useless! It warned her at one point that she might like to intercept the post so as not to spoil her surprise!”

Sorry you found things a bit confusing, but it sounds like the chocolates were delivered to the right person without any issues, and were hopefully enjoyed.

“The chocolate drink was sent as a a present. The recipient was very pleased with it. The postman left the parcel by the front door , with no note through the door. My friend did not find it until I emailed her to say I had been told it was delivered.”

“The Vegan chocolates were sent to my daughter for her birthday. The order and delivery went smoothly and she said she enjoyed them. She also said they were pretty for vegan choc's.”

“I bought these as my son had had an operation. They were to cheer him onto the road to recovery with some indulgent treats. The Royal Mail seemed to botch up delivery as three messages were sent to myself and him to inform of delivery and on third attempt they were finally delivered. He enjoyed the chocolates and so did his partner.”

“Excellent service, beautiful chocolates! I ordered a selection of slabs & a tub of 70% Madagascar hot chocolate flakes for a chocolate mad relative to be delivered on her birthday. They arrived on her birthday, which I’d requested, even though it can’t be guaranteed & she was absolutely delighted!!! I’m spreading the word among friends & family about your amazing chocolates.”
