We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Wonderful service. My only criticism would be, I was ordering for a present for my wife, and the box comes emblazoned with ‘Chococo’ on the outer packaging. She said to say that she “loved the chocolates””

Thank you, we're thrilled to hear that you love our service and your wife loved our chocolates. We do let you know that our box is branded in our 'Chocs Away' email when your order is despatched so that you can get to the front door first if it is a surprise. There's always the option of delivering to a different address if you can't sneak them in at home.

“As this was a gift subscription I think you should improve your data capture so that the gift recipient receives the 'how was it?' and survey emails as they would be in a better position to answer.”

Thank you for your feedback. As you will appreciate, subscription orders can be experienced by one person (who purchases a subscription for themselves), or two people (when the subscription is purchased by one person as a gift for another). In the gifting instance, there's one person buying the subscription - they can review their experience of the ordering process on our website, the communications received about the order and perhaps our Customer Care team if there was any need to contact them. Hearing about this is as important as hearing about the chocolate experience. Then there's the gift recipient receiving and eating the chocolate - they can review their experience of the delivery, the packaging and the chocolate itself (the more physical elements). Sadly our system isn't sophisticated enough at the moment to recognise one from the other, so the review request is sent to the person placing the order, and we currently only have one email address field which is used by the person placing the order. We're only a small team here, we're doing our best :-)

“Ordered the Dino egg after seeing it recommended in Woman & Home magazine. Loved your unique Easter eggs and chocolate designs. Super impressed with the under the sea egg and also our dark chocolate vegan choices so nice to have that option. Service was great and a mix up with order soon sorted. Have and will recommend Chococo!”

“Very well designed, loved the look of the egg and dinosaurs inside were really cool. However for the money I didnt think the chocolate was exceptional. Very nice, but I wouldn’t pay that price for one again.”
