About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Great chocs and all that, but I made a mistake on my order, ordered milk instead of dark, realised straight away but couldn't cancel or change it online. Sent email but didn't get a reply for 4 days. I know it's your policy that a customer can't change an order but this would be a nice thing to add in the future if you're thinking of taking your customer service to the next level.”

We're so pleased that you like our chocolates and sorry that we weren't able to change your order. It's not a policy, but simply a system issue. We do all we can to manually resolve issues for customers before orders are despatched and in this instance we simply weren't able to intervene in time, so we're sorry about that. Our customer care team are only available Monday to Friday, so any emails received from Friday evening and over the weekend won't be seen until the Monday. By that time your order had been packed and despatched as per the order.

“Delicious, but thought expensive for the amount of Chocolate included - the “large” box did not really meet expectations although extremely good. Order delayed due to Bank Holiday, but even then late despite paying for 1st. Class postage.”

We despatched your order the next working day as promised and your delivery arrived the day after, so there wasn't a delay - less than 24 hours from despatch to delivery.
