“Excellent chocolate and good service, however, I did run into a problem on the website since I wanted to order an Easter Egg but for some reason, it wouldn't let me! Had to opt for other stuff still it was very high quality produce as ever/”

“Quick delivery and nice chocolate. Just be aware that pictures on the website can be misleading, so read the description and don’t expect to necessarily get what is pictured. E.g. I ordered a milk chocolate ocean Easter egg, which is pictured as an egg with additional chocolate turtles and starfish. However, there are no separate turtles and starfish, only those embedded in the chocolate egg.”

Thank you, we're glad you liked the chocolate. Sorry if you found the picture misleading; that's certainly not our intention. We do try to make it as clear as possible in our descriptions that the eggs are studded inside with creatures. The separate chocs were just for photography aesthetics (along with the confetti), but we'll take on board your comments.

“I ordered the dark chocolate hot cross bun slab and dark chocolate large sea creatures egg. They chocolate was very good on both and loved the sea creatures embedded in the egg and a good amount of spice and dried fruit in slab. Would definitely recommend both.”

“I got 2 dinosaur eggs, a bunny, the robot egg and a salted caramel egg. My brother-in-law said that the salted caramel egg was the best he has ever had. The bunny is just delicious and my children are slowly working their way through their dinosaur eggs (and enjoying every bite) 100% truly worth the quality and care put into each egg. Also, all of their packaging is recyclable which is great!”

“Easy to order online and gifts arrived promptly. The packaging is beautiful (and plastic-free, one of the reasons I ordered). I wish I could taste the chocolate itself but as these were gifts I have to rely on the compliments I had from the recipients!”

“Really dissatisfied, paid nearly £15 for an Easter egg only to open it and find it not much bigger than an orange. Chocolate is high quality but honestly tastes the same as nestle chocolate.”

Sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. Our website clearly displays the size & weight of all our Easter eggs, so we're sorry if you missed that information. It's not all about size though, you need to remember that Chococo chocolate is handcrafted from single-origin palm oil-free Raisetrade chocolate, and after moulding and hand-sealing, each individual egg is hand-decorated and hand-packed in recyclable planet-friendly packaging. No machines, no robots, no plastic and no slavery.
