About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

Thank you for gifting Chococo to your family and friends in the UK, and sorry that we can't send out to New Zealand. Your brother can also refill his empty chocolate box with his own selection at one of our shops in Swanage, Winchester, Exeter or Horsham - there's a discount for refills!

“Wrong products sent to me and most companies would have quickly shipped the correct ones, but I was made to go through the faff of sending the incorrect ones back to them before they would send me my correct order out. I didn't enjoy the products received. and won’t be shopping here again.”

We're sorry to receive this feedback as there was no indication of your dissatisfaction in any of our correspondence. It is usual for incorrect items to be returned; we provide a pre-paid returns label and you can arrange for collection from home at a time convenient to you, so there should be very little faff; we're sorry that you thought so. We're also sorry also that you didn't enjoy our chocolate as might have hoped that would make up for it; chocolate usually makes things better 😢️

With a smooth, rich yet creamy chocolate taste, our Oat M!lk chocolate is crafted in Colombia with the finest, sustainable fino de aroma cocoa beans and gluten-free oat powder instead of milk, and this plant-based, vegan-friendly chocolate is the perfect milk chocolate alternative. With no dairy, gluten, nuts or soya, it's 'milk' chocolate but not as you know it. In fact, in our blind taste testing when researching this chocolate, lots of our tasters thought they were eating a dairy-based classic milk chocolate!

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that the box of chocolates you sent arrived without a gift message. We can see from your order that there was no message saved to the order; if there had been, it would have shown on your Order Confirmation. The likely case is that you added the message but did not use the 'Save' button. For any future orders, you just need to click on the Save button once you've composed your message.
