We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I had a problem with a delivery which had gone a miss at a Royal Mail sorting office. A replacement for my order was arranged within the hour by Roz. That’s what I call customer service. Thank you very much Julian”

Sorry that your Advent Calendar arrived late; sadly it doesn't look like you alerted us to this issue. You're quite right, it did get caught up in the Royal Mail strike backlogs, and we can only apologise for this, but we would like to point out that you placed your order on 30th November and selected a standard delivery service, which at that time was indicated as approximately 3-7 days. If you're ordering a time-sensitive item last-minute, we'd always suggest using our First Class service. Hopefully you enjoyed catching up with the chocolates.

“Ordered a gift as well as some flakes for hot chocolate. The drink turned out absolutely amazing, and is now my new favourite. The package arrived a little bit squished and the tin had a big bump (adds character and still works so doesn't really matter to me). The box for the gift I ordered was also a bit damaged. Other than that, it was all good. Lovely!”

Thank you, it's great to hear that you're a convert to Chococo hot chocolate. Sorry about the packaging getting a bit damaged in transit though. We can assure you it leaves us in perfect condition and we pack everything securely without using bubble wrap or plastic, but we love that you have a 'characterful' tin 😍️

“The advent chocolates don’t taste as great as the fresh and whilst I had expected that the difference was greater than I had hoped for the money. Not worth it at all. And also crammed into the box so difficult to get out. Wouldn’t buy these again a bit of a rip off and as the adventure calendar was just a piece of paper with numbers on…..”

Oh no, we're sorry that you felt this way, but we have had very positive feedback on the flavours in this year's Advent Calendar. The moulds used the craft the chocolates, the boxes the chocolates are packed in, and the cardboard grids used are exactly the same size as we use for our fresh chocolates, so there was no difference here. If you have difficulty getting your chocs out, just take out a cardboard divider - simples! We even suggest this on our menus, as the grids are there to try to prevent the chocolates from moving in transit. And we're quite clear about it being an Advent Calendar with a difference i.e. without doors.
