About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“For over £30 I expected more. Small egg, but well made. Feeling disappointed when the box was opened.”

There shouldn't ever be any size surprise with these eggs ... we clearly state the weight of the egg and the size of the box on our website, and you can get a good idea from the photo of the egg being held in a hand as well. We don't like disappointed customers, but sorry if you missed all the info.

“I didn't want to overwhelm our two grandchildren with too much chocolate on their Easter visit, so ordered the dinosaur egg and instructed them to hit the egg with small wooden hammers to reveal the secret within! It was fun and a treat for us all. The children are a bit too young to appreciate quality chocolate, but the adults loved it, and the overall design and presentation. We haven't tried the truffles yet.”

“Delicious chocolate, I brought a milk chocolate orange and a sea salt caramel and my family enjoyed them both. The only thing is that it was fairly thick in places which made the eating experience less pleasant.”

So glad you enjoyed the chocolate, but we can assure you there's no spam here! We only send out marketing emails to people who have signed up to our mailing list, and all of these emails include an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Simply click on that link and you will no longer receive them.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our dark chocolate egg. It was handcrafted using our signature 72% single estate dark chocolate made at origin for us by our direct trade partners Martinetti Cocoa in Ecuador from fine heritage Arriba cocoa beans grown on Hacienda Zoilita in the Los Rios region. This deliciously moreish, sustainable dark chocolate with purple fruit notes & a smooth soft finish is exclusive to Chococo shipped directly to us by sea - we love that 100% traceability from the farm to us.

“sadly, we didn't get to try the chocolate as the postman left it outside and we believe someone stole it. However, all the chocolate I have ordered from you before has been delicious so I would expect this was too”

That is sad to hear. We would always encourage customers to get in touch with us if something happens with their delivery as we can follow it up with Royal Mail and do all we can to get issues resolved.
