We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Beautiful chocolates - always well received and enjoyed. And over the years very imaginative as well - I remember getting 'fish and chips' for a Yorkshire friend when in Swanage (this was quite a number of years ago now). And staff are very helpful, in person and via email. I have ordered chocolates for family and friends every year about now for at least 10 years and they have been delivered as requested and in fine condition”

“I bought two boxes of chocolates for birthday presents for two different people. Both came back to me saying how delicious the chocolates are. One person, who is very weight conscious, said that they are so tempting that she even had two before breakfast and was just choosing her next one as I rang to wish her a Happy Birthday. She said she'd not found a chocolate she hadn't liked so far. I chose the option of a delivery within four to five days but, they arrived next day in one case and two days later in the other, so, both boxes arrived quite early. As they are fresh, there is a time window within which the chocolates must be consumed - you are warned about this on the website.”

“Lovely chocolates. I ordered an Easter egg this year and the chocolate was very tasty. Unfortunately, I experienced some sort of food poisoning/tummy problems while eating these fresh chocolates so I was unable to finish them. Of course I don't know the source of this and it might not be the chocolates but I'm just being extra cautious because it's not something I am prone to and they were placed in the fridge. I will be ordering again but a different product next time.”

“Sorry to say they arrived with nearly half of the chocolates turned over. I’m glad I checked as one box a gift and the other for me. I had to painstakingly remove them and the paper case as couldn’t just flip them over as the slots very tight and I didn’t want to damage them. Even put glove on so as not to warm them up with my hands or dislodge the details or artwork. It was a shame as lost that wow factor on opening. I’ve ordered them in the past and received too so this was a first and both boxes had a good half of the chocolates flipped!”

We're sorry to hear this. It's unusual for the chocolates to move so much in transit - as you say they have a very snug fit in the cardboard grid dividers, but they are always carefully placed the right way up when they're packed. We can only assume there was some over-exuberant parcel movement in transit! Thank you for taking such care in repositioning them for the box you were gifting 💛️

“If I receive another email with a promotional discount in the next week or so, I shall be making my Christmas orders with you. I like how reliable you are, quality service and food, for me the price is perhaps a bit higher than what I'm used to spending however given I am a now a loyal returning customer, another discount will be very very very welcome during these hard times”

“Ordered a small box of 9 chocolates to try out the Chococo make. I planned to have 1 chocolate a day. However, they were soo delicious that I had trouble stretching them over 2 days!! Beautiful to look at, delicious to taste, I will be ordering more.”

“The chocolate is always fabulous, but it wasn't clear that the order would be dispatched as standard. I thought, because it was the 'advent' collection, it would be delivered in time for Advent, not before the end of October which was disappointing.”

We made our Advent Calendar Collection a little longer lasting this year so that our lovely customers could get them in plenty of time and we didn't have a tiny delivery window to get all our orders despatched and delivered. The estimated delivery date is always shown at the checkout and on our Order Confirmations but if you want to choose a date in the future, you can select our 1st Class Preferred delivery service at the checkout. It's always a good idea to check your Order Confirmation when it comes throug and if there's something that you want to change, you can call or email us about it before your order is despatched.
