About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this. Our fresh selection boxes include seasonal, new and annual favourites encased in both dark & milk Gold Great Taste Award-winning chocolates. We carefully choose our favourite chocolates of the moment for our boxes, all handcrafted fresh here at Chococo in Dorset... and we pull out all the stops to make them look and taste divine! “I ordered the chocolate tea as a gift for my parents and they loved it. There was so much that they're still snacking on some of it a week later! My Dad loves Chococo chocolates and so I thought he would enjoy something different for his birthday - definitely well received!”

“Having read Chris Ban Tulken’s book on ultra processed people I was delighted to find chocolates which without as much artificial ingredients as possible They were bought as a gift for me and I was not only thrilled with them but immediately bought them for a friend myself who was delighted with them They will be my gift chocolates of choice in the future I was a bit sad to lose out on the offer of spending over £30 and getting discounts- I wish you could do something cumulative for loyalty Kind regards, Elizabeth”

Thank you. Making truly fine chocolate products with real ingredients & natural colours (and no weird & wonderful additives, preservatives, artificial colours or palm oil), has been core to our ethos since day one back in 2002 and always will be. We believe in making chocolates which will delight and as a national food journalist once said "their purity makes the flavour sing". Working with local food & drink producers has been one of the joys since we launched as they are as passionate about their cows, bees, cheeses, vodka stills, coffee roasters and hedgerows as we are about our chocolates, so that together we can produce truly unique chocolates that are a true reflection of what's best about Dorset and the South West! We don't currently offer online loyalty discounts, but watch this space, it might be something we're able to do in the future.

Thank you! With no dairy, gluten, nuts or soya, it's 'milk' chocolate but not as you know it. In fact, in our blind taste testing when researching this chocolate, lots of our tasters thought they were eating a dairy-based classic milk chocolate! 💗️

“Chocolates seem ok - but had lots of problems with delivery. First delivery went MIA and then their insistence on being signed for meant a further delay. Summer/chocolates and postage are not natural bedfellows”

Thank you, we're so glad to hear you enjoyed the chocolate. We're very sorry that your order went astray and you were subsequently dissatisfied with delivery of the replacement box. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail as we find them very efficient at delivering to domestic addresses. We offer a variety of postal options but all are sent by tracked delivery so that you can follow the progress of your delivery, update the delivery options if you or the recipient is not going to be there, and have confirmation of when it is delivered. As it is tracked delivery, depending on the postie, the parcel may require a signature on delivery. If no one is in, a card will be left and the item can either be collected from the local delivery office or a re-delivery can be arranged. Royal Mail offers an online re-delivery service so that you do not have to call them, just arrange it via their website at royalmail.com.

“From enquiry to changing delivery location Amber was polite patient and helpful all the way through. Incredibly responsive and receptive to my questions and dietary needs. Your chocolates are always exceptional and it's great that your customer service is just as brilliant. My partner was delighted at the selection and was overjoyed that there were no flavours he didn't like. Really REALLY thank you for everything. I've only ever bought from your static shops but since being in hertfordshire I decided to risk delivery and it did not disappoint, will be continuing to order online when we aren't visiting dorset. THANK YOU!!!!!!!”
