I ordered on line a garnet pendant for my 80yo sisters birthday, what arrived was a pair of garnet earrings, however my local shop in falkirk helped and swapped for pendant, very helpful so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for them, I ordered on line to save going to the shop, but had to in the end

Easy to order online. Received watch promptly. Not great customer service though. Called a shop twice to try and swap a gift bought for Christmas. Twice been told I would be called back the next day. Still waiting. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again, the business set up between online and the shops is too old fashioned, and disappointing in this day and age.

No issue with supply though my Tissot Automatic watch keeps stopping, even when wound and with movement.

To be honest i was a bit underwhelmed with the order. The pictures flattered the piece - should not have bought it unseen , my error i won't repeat but i did keep it as my wife liked it but i was disappointed- lacked sparkle

Im not impressed, last time i made a purchase it took 3 emails to get a Chis Hunter gift bag for the jewellery. This time i bought Couer de Lion earrings, and a seperate purchase of the Couer de Lion bracelet. The bracelet was available using Klarna. Clearly showing 3 payments. At the check out page Klarna was not an option. I paid, then contacted customer services who couldnt understand why Klarna didnt work, and couldnt change it. Not using you again.

I returned the item to The Fort Glasgow As yet I have not had any communication 're refund The staff at the shop were helpful,but unable to givea.refund due to !e.buying the earrings on line

When I ordered the watch online they never gave me a date for uplift from the store. I then phoned the helpline and all they could tell me it hadn't left the warehouse. Another call to the helpline and they said it had just been delivered to the store. I waited 3 days before I went to pick it up and they told me it was not there. I had to wait in the shop till they chased it up and eventually found it through the back shop.

My order was incomplete when it arrived, despite a ticket in the package suggesting it had been checked as complete. However, after a telephone conversation, the remainder of the order was received a few days later.

Goods were as described, customer service needs improvement and also website delivery guidelines weren't inline with when the product was received I ordered the necklace as the website stated order now and delivery by x date and that wasn't the case and was only despatched on this date, also presentation upon opening the box was less than impressive, yes I suspect this is down to the couriers throwing the package around but I would ve expected a better opening experience, for the amount of money spent I was less than impressed with the overall service received and a little disappointed

On receipt of my watch in January I have not been able to wear it as the strap is too short by about 3 links I find this I expectable as my wrist is average size male and gents watch wouldn’t fasten on my wife’s wrist. Then to be told I would have to pay for more links and wait until a local store was open to have them fitted. NOT SATISFIED REALLY

i purchased 2 watches so i had a choice of dial colour, one came extremely well packaged and was a pleasure to unbox and i was delighted with this attention to detail . the second watch i was very disappointed with as the packaging was almost non existent and for a brand new watch i think this is unacceptable.

Initially unable to use goods purchased as the order was incomplete. Took over 2 weeks to complete order! Disappointing given the amount spent (No empathy from Customer Service Advisor)

Very good communications, but slow to despatch and consequently refund. It took several emails to chase both delivery and then the refund, which was done two days after it was advised it was being done.

Goods were not as described or in the picture, but happily I actually preferred the style of the ring that arrived. Not sure why the picture at point of sale was wrong. Not good.
