“I have used this jewellery store a few times and cannot fault any part of the service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the Bluewater branch went above and beyond to make my wife's Christmas that little bit more special. Thanks again. Top service and staff”

“Bought a watch was given an x display one that was scratched. When I took it back she said it could be replaced with another x display I was not happy about that because it could have damage as well. She said stainless steel gets scratched anyway. If I buy something new I would expect it to be new with not a mark on it. Watches don't get scratched if they are treated with care. Very cheeky and unpleasant I thought won't be back.”

“I think this is probably the best customer service I’ve had in years! Initially, I purchased a watch when it was discounted only to receive an e-mail the next day to tell me there had been a fault with the website and the watch was actually out of stock. I was sent around 4 choices of watches that were in stock if I wanted to choose another style or was told one would be put aside and sent out to me when stock was next coming in (around 27th Dec). I opted to wait as it was just for myself. I received the watch around 2 weeks earlier than expected. Following on from that I needed several links taken out so took the watch to the Edinburgh Chisholm Hunter store where it was resized and on my wrist within less than 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite and efficient and it’s definitely left me likely to choose this jewellers again in the future.”
