“Purchased ear rings online and I’m very disappointed with the quality. They are not well presented, I had to polish them and I don’t consider the box to be good quality. I would have expected them to have been packaged nicer. Paying £245 for a pair of ear rings is not to be sneezed at. As a long standing customer of Chisholm Hunter (over 26 years) I would have expected better. Should anyone care enough to contact me regarding this they can do so at yvonnekerr1@googlemail.com”

“I shopped around for a luxury Swiss watch for my wife’s birthday and found the best price (by far) at ChisholmHunter. 30% less than all other high street jewellers and about 15% less than Swiss Watches Direct. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived before lunch on Tuesday. Delivery was free too. I’d shop here again and I’d recommend others.”

“Gorgeous Gold Star Necklace for my birthday, DPD threw it under my back gate in the pouring rain, when I eventually found it as they left no card there was a small knot in the chain so I have had to return it. I’m waiting for my replacement. When I contacted customer services it was expected that I paid for the return postage but I said since it was faulty it wasn’t for me to pay for the return. I will wait and see if I get a refund for the postage.”

“The tie pin I bought was black and tarnished and in a very dusty box I had to send it to timpsons that day to get ìt cleaned it was 40th Gift the next day and I'm disabled to go to the store”

“We saw these cufflinks online but in store. We ordered them from home and they were delivered within 3 days. The cuff links are lovely and a good weight. They are advertised as Links of London so I was a little disappointed when all the packaging was Chisholm Hunter and no reference to the maker. It would also have been good to have a gift bag included rather than just the box with the cufflinks as this was a gift. Overall pleased with the product.”
