Outstanding service!! I purchased a watch for my daughter’s 21st birthday, and as it was about to be dispatched, it was brought to the attention of a manager, that the box was damaged, who subsequently contacted me to inform me of the delay in obtaining a new one from the manufacturer. I felt fully informed, and the watch was delivered in time for my daughters special day. I felt this was fab customer service! I will definitely buy from here again.

Awful experience, faulty product and it took forever to get a response and my money back. Would never shop from them again. Had to repeatedly chase the customer service team - completely avoid them at all costs.

Bought a watch which needed additional links fitted for my husbands birthday. When the links arrived they were wrong. Bethany was lovely and absolutely fantastic she went above and beyond to ensure that the watch would be ready for the special day. Communication between myself and Bethany was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage. I will definitely be a returning customer.

We visited Barclays Livingston last Friday to look for diamond earrings that my husband was buying for my Christmas, Eunice served us and her customer service was excellent. She took her time listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to help. She made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you

Still waiting for my watch nearly for 4 weeks later! Starting to panic know as Christmas is so soon! Was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Then 2 days and still nothing called earlier on in the week and advised it would be by the end of the week and still haven’t received the product. Asked for an email confirming and didn’t receive anything. Don’t reply to my emails either. Not a good experience and won’t be using again just hoping I get the product before Christmas as it is a gift.

Package had wrong address written on it so went to the wrong house and then arrived late. Also the tags and stickers had been removed from the watch which made me think it must have been an ex display model. I emailed chisholm hunter but they wasn't interested. Said they would be doing an investigation but I never heard back from them. When tour spending hundreds of pounds on a watch the service should be top notch and unfortunately this wasn't.

This company appears to have a track record of showing items in stock, taking your money and not giving you any sort of update except a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Once you contact them they suddenly tell you that the item isn't in stock. Oh, and you need to call as they don't answer your emails for an update and don't contact you to let you know in the first place! Suffice to say I won't be using Chisholm Hunter again and will be making sure that other people I know don't waste their time either.
