“The member of staff i spoke to was great. Even though the watch i wanted was already on offer she took a bit more off to bring it much closer to my budget. It was well packed, brilliantly priced- saved £1800 and came with all proper paperwork, box and guarantee most of all looks and works fantastic. Thank you 10/10”

“Really happy with the service from CH. Ordered a Tudor Black Bay 41mm, and made a mistake in relation to the address. It was sorted and delivered to me in 24 hours, even over the Bank Holiday weekend. Will definitely be looking here 1st for the next watch purchase!!”

“I recently visited the Leeds shop and had to wait over 2h to have a link taken out of my new watch, I understand that customers are priority but they started to serve another customer before the only person accomplished could take a link out. Once the link was taken out I felt rushed into leaving and really could have done with another link taking out but was advised my wrist would swell up in the summer so all is fine so due to being felt uneasy I left and will now need to return to store a second time for this to be done.”
