Item ordered was nice and was as described. Problem I had was with delivery. Paid for express delivery as needed item quickly. Next day had to email them as still hadn’t received a despatch email. Item was to be delivered next day (2 days after ordering). DPD then did not delivery parcel and didn’t receive it until the Monday (ordered thurs). So beware of using express delivery. I know this was maybe outwith their control but should look at which company they use for delivery. My receipts all said Royal Mail delivery which would have been better .

Seemed very good, bought a 600 pound watch from them. Only negative is after buying it they offered to subscribe to their newsletter. And sent a 10% off first order after I bought?? Cheeky

Gorgeous Gold Star Necklace for my birthday, DPD threw it under my back gate in the pouring rain, when I eventually found it as they left no card there was a small knot in the chain so I have had to return it. I’m waiting for my replacement. When I contacted customer services it was expected that I paid for the return postage but I said since it was faulty it wasn’t for me to pay for the return. I will wait and see if I get a refund for the postage.

Ordered 3 pendants. All came separately at different times. Emailed customer service about the pendants after ordering but got no response and still waiting.

Thought that the size of the earrings are not up to the picture on the website, much smaller crosses than I had expected. Have not shown them yet to my daughter (they are a birthday present for my grand-daughter) depending on what she says I may be sending them back. (THEY HAVE NOT BEEN TRIED ON)

Was disappointed with the Thomas Sabo charm as it was advertised as January birthstone and as that is my birthday I know it to be a garnet. While not expecting a garnet I did expect the charm to be more red than orange.

I order earing for my mum for her birthday on saturday special delivery, and i only receive them on wednesday and nobody retur my money for special delivery.

Great product apart from the fact that it arrived with a missing charger although this was rectified quickly. Still disappointing when buying a watch worth over £1700

On initial store visit (to remediate an on-line purchase), sales assistant was quite abrupt and not very engaging. More personable second visit to collect purchase. Based on this experience not convinced that in-store service offers much above that available on-line. Generally a wee bit disappointed with overall service and inability to clarify/confirm purchase due to limited in store range - sizes in particular.

I ordered on line a garnet pendant for my 80yo sisters birthday, what arrived was a pair of garnet earrings, however my local shop in falkirk helped and swapped for pendant, very helpful so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for them, I ordered on line to save going to the shop, but had to in the end

Easy to order online. Received watch promptly. Not great customer service though. Called a shop twice to try and swap a gift bought for Christmas. Twice been told I would be called back the next day. Still waiting. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again, the business set up between online and the shops is too old fashioned, and disappointing in this day and age.

To be honest i was a bit underwhelmed with the order. The pictures flattered the piece - should not have bought it unseen , my error i won't repeat but i did keep it as my wife liked it but i was disappointed- lacked sparkle

Im not impressed, last time i made a purchase it took 3 emails to get a Chis Hunter gift bag for the jewellery. This time i bought Couer de Lion earrings, and a seperate purchase of the Couer de Lion bracelet. The bracelet was available using Klarna. Clearly showing 3 payments. At the check out page Klarna was not an option. I paid, then contacted customer services who couldnt understand why Klarna didnt work, and couldnt change it. Not using you again.
