A large package containing my chair was dumped at my front door by the courier. which was too big to get into the house. There was so much packaging that it took me 2 hours to pack up all the bits and pieces of packaging and then drive to the local recycling centre. I had assumed that the chair would be delivered by a reputable household delivery company, un-packed on their lorry and the chair delivered whole into my house. Obviously, you believe cheapest is best There were no instructions or paperwork with the chair. When I received it, it would not tilt. I phoned several times to find out why but the phone went unanswered. Eventually, I emailed you and was instructed how to move the lever on the right-hand side of the chair. Why was I not told? Why us did I have to call you and then email to find out jhow to tilt the chair. After paying £921.50 for a chair I don't expect such atroshious service
