“Jewellery absolutely stunning. Very very happy with the service I received. There was a slight delay with delivery, but they kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and updated me at each stage. The customer care team were very polite and professional. The jewellery was delivered beautifully wrapped and it was obvious that enormous care was taken. Extremely pleased with the team and the jewellery. “I've bought three items from Cherished Urns since my mum's death: a large "main" urn for my father to keep at his home, a ring for myself, and a smaller urn (that matches the main urn) to keep the remainder of her ashed returned with the ring. All three items are stunningly beautiful and reflect my mother's personality perfectly, but the main thing about cherished urns is the service. At every step of the way they've been full of sympathy, communicated beautifully and, in the case of the ring, behaved in a way that leg me know they had treated my mother's remains with as much love and care as if they'd belonged to their own loved one. I sincerely hope that I won't need Cherished Urns services again for a long time, but when and if I do I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you all so, so much.”
