“Going to be honest, easy to order, quick delivery but the inside of the velvet box was awful. Discoloured and frayed, however, the urn was beautiful. I took pictures and wrote a really stroppy email saying how disgusted I was and shouldn’t have to deal with this as I was grieving the loss of my son. A wonderful, kind hearted, caring lady by the name of Ellie called me an hour after I sent my email. She apologised profusely, admitted this should not have come out to me like this and was so apologetic and was kindness herself. She went to the warehouse, personally sorted me one out, thoroughly checking it over and had it sent out by the morning post the next day. The customer service of this company is incredible and Ellie is an absolute credit to the company. Alright, this should not have happened, however, it was all sorted with an hour and a half after I received it. The second box and urn are perfect and definitely value for money. I highly recommend using them.”
