“The urn was packaged very well and is as was described. However, when the urn was removed from the padded box and taken out of its velvet bag it was found to have what looked like scrape damage on one side, suggesting that it was packed in that condition.”

“Ordered the urn on the Sunday and delivered on Monday . Excellent service,and when I opened it i was so impressed by the quality.It was so well packed in a beautiful box and the interior was satin lined exceeded my expectations.It now has pride of place on the windowsill.”

“After purchasing a stunning ring from cherished runs for the ashes of my beautiful mum and sister a couple of years ago my 11 year old daughter decided she also wanted a lovely keepsake to keep her beloved Nanna close. She spent a few weeks deciding something she liked that Nanna would also like, she decided on the heart ashes pendant. Ordering was easy and simple, delivery was very fast, it turned up the following day! The chain is extremely strong and secure and on a whole it was beautifully packaged. All in all another amazing experience, thank you so much”

“It is a real shame that the image on the top (lid) only lines up with the image on the rest of the urn at the front where the sun is. If you turn it round it is a different story.”

“Ordering was easy & the urn arrived quickly. I was disappointed that there was debris stuck to the lid that has left a mark. Otherwise the urn is good and displayed where the mark can't be seen.”
