“I wanted to keep my lovely wife's ashes in something better than what the crematorium had used. I looked around for something that I know my wife would have liked. I eventually came across a scatter tube on this website. My lovely wife's ashes now sit in a sky blue tube with the image of a white dove in flight overlaid on it. Much much better.”

“Cherished urns are brilliant...we recently placed an order with them that wasn't up to standard when we received it...i phoned them and we chose another urn and they were very quick to refund money for the 1st order and we got the new one within 2 days and the other one picked up free of charge.A very considerate and understanding company we would definitly recommend them to anybody.”

“I had been worried about my ring as my mums was delivered before mine & we ordered at the same time but the owner of the company emailed me on her day off and reassured me it was just that it wasn’t ready in time of the courier pick up. She was very friendly, thank you for that. The ring is absolutely beautiful I now feel my Dad is back with me permanently again. It’s really sturdy and made really well. Thank you again!”

“I am very happy with the Urn and Photo frame I ordered, they are lovely. They were well packaged and delivered very quickly. The only negative I can say is that the delivery man knocked and left the package on the doorstep, then quickly left. If we had not been in, the package could have been stolen as we live on an open plan close. Thankyou.”

“Wow, what an amazing company. Fabulous choice of jewellery at affordable prices. Their customer service is truly second to none. I had a slight issue with my ring and they were exceptional. Recreated it from scratch & even put the diamond sprinkles in for free. So refreshing to be treated with this amount of care & compassion, I was super impressed. Would highly recommend Cherished Urns. My ring is stunning & such a special keepsake of my boy.”

“Such a wide variety of styles to choose from an easy to navigate website. Unfortunately, the urn we ordered was faulty when it was arrived - however, the customer service team were helpful and so apologetic. A quick email with photographic evidence of damage led to a quick refund and heartfelt apology. It's refreshing to deal with a company that hold uo their hand to an innocent mistake.”
