“I was upset that my Urn had been sent to another and I received a totally different Urn, but eventually my Urn turned up, hence not giving 5 stars”

“I've just received my beautiful ring, a birthday present from my husband. We lost our fur baby Elliott suddenly in August 2021 whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall, we were devastated that we couldn't be with him but now he'll always be with me wherever I go. I chose Cherished Urns as it was the first company that came up in my search on Google, and as it is based in Cornwall it seemed very apt. I like to think it was a sign from my boy. Thank you to Charlotte C for taking good care of my boys ashes and for creating me the perfect memorial for him. Thank you also to Shari who set this company up, you've brought a lot of people a lot of comfort with the wonderful work you do xx”

“the whole ordering process was comfortable and superb. at first i felt worried about sending my mum’s ashes but they kept me up to date with every process while making the ring (making me aware that it was my mum’s ashes they were using) and also sent the rest of the ashes that was unused back, along with the ring. they told me postage would be secure and safe, and it was! i work shopfloor in a builders merchants and my ring is still perfect two years later, minus scratches on the resin. i wish they’d consider glass as a more valued priced item, glass doesn’t fade or get damaged as much as resin and would last so much longer”

Dear Sam, Thank you so much for your lovely review and for sharing the photo of your special ring two years on! There are many reasons why use resin instead of glass to create our bespoke rings. First, resin allows us to create any shape as it can be poured into any shape of mount so increasing the choice of items that we can offer. Second, it gives us the option to include diamond dust for a subtle magical sparkle. Also, the resin is much safer, it will not shatter, chip, or break like glass can. “The scatter tube I purchased for my recently passed cat is absolutely perfect. The site is easy to navigate, shipping is fast and they were able to deliver to the crematorium for my cat to be put directly into the scatter tube. Would highly recommend and use again”

“I have just received my beautiful ring made from my Mum's ashes. I was quite nervous choosing such an important item of jewellery from a brochure and website but I am so pleased. I selected the white resin with added diamond dust, originally I was thinking transparent but at the last minute I decided white and I'm pleased I did. The whole process is so respectful and Cherished urns keep you updated the whole way through. I like that you even know who has made your ring, thank you Jade. I'm considering some more items for family.”
