“We ordered this last night, Friday, before the 5 pm deadline, received an email this morning saying it would arrive on the 3rd May and it came at 11am today. It is absolutely wonderful. “We dealt with Peter. Who understood the depth of our emotions when ordering our urn. He called and emailed us to keep us informed of what was happening with such care and consideration. Delivery was exceptional and quick. The "hands on approach" from Peter especially during this covid pandemic was touching, professional and caring. I wish all customer service from all companies was as genuine as this. Putting customer needs first,including emotional states.I would highly reccomend this company and Peter. Thank you so much our earn is absolutely stunning and exquisitely made. First class. Much better than we even thought. The packaging was excellent also.”

“Iv ordered a few urns from yourselves and have been very pleased with them. They are beautifully made and the prices are very good. In 2018/19 I got from you two rings one for my husband and one for myself with our little dog ZAK's ashes in as he passed away sadly. I sent you a review back then you asked if you could use it on your website sorry but Iv just remembered I didn't reply to say you could. You can if you still want to if you still have it. “I have ordered twice from them now. They treat every step of the process with importance, care and compassion. Delivery is super quick and you are kept up to date with emails every step of the way from order through to despatch and delivery. They confirmed when ashes were received, and the jewellery is presented in a beautiful box and unused ashes returned in a velvet pouch. Such care! Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for that extra special piece of jewellery.”

“Ordered arrived the next day the only thing I wasn’t very happy about was the way it was packaged thin cardboard box I would expect something so precious and expensive to be wrapped up better mine was ok but the corners of the box were crumpled and I was worried my item would be damaged. The funeral directors absolutely loved this design and was impressed with the weight and quality of my item.”
