“The first urn that I received was water marked and Had red pen over it. I emailed and received a replacement but it was not in time for the cremation so I had to organise the ashes being changed over afterwards.”

“I cannot fault this company in any way, even during the covid19 they was no delay and the pendants and pet urn that arrived was spectacular, stylishand really heavy. “I was very pleased with my lovely tea urn. It arrived very quickly but unfortunately the glass candle holder was broken inside. I called customer service to explains what had happened. The lady on the call was extremely helpful, she apologised and with no hesitation she had ordered me another one which arrive two days later.”
