“Stunning! My ring arrived beautifully wrapped with a certificate of Authenticity. The ring is stunning and I am over the moon with it. I chose a more contemporary looking ring. The diamond dust glistens beautifully. The remaining ashes were returned to me. The communication was excellent. The packaging also has a handwritten label from the person who made it. Thank you so very much Helen.”

“Amazing company. I ordered an urn and it arrived after just 2 days. Exactly as described. Very good value especially when compared with other sellers who sadly appear to want to make excess profit out of bereaved people. The urn I ordered was presented in a beautiful velvet bag and presentation box which makes it ideal if planning to transport the urn, or go between having it displayed or having it stored in the box. A lot of websites are deliberately unclear as to the size of the urn, often being far too small - Cherished Urns made it clear that the size was for the ashes of an adult which put my mind at ease. Would definitely recomment.”

“Although trying to deal with the loss of my Dad due to covid 19 and understanding delays etc. I cannot fault the service you have provided the delivery and quality of the product brought. There was a delay of 8 weeks to which was understandable under the circumstances however the item was received prior to the estimated time given. Communication was second to none and updated all the way. I would definatley recommend your company and services to other people. Just so overwhelmed i can't describe how happy i am. “I don't usually leave reviews but I can't not in this case. 💕 As a family, we couldn't be happier with Cherished Urns, at one of the hardest points in our lives they made everything so simple, easy and beautiful. The compassion you feel just from the thought in the packaging alone really helps. The item you receive of your loved one is just beautiful!! I honestly couldn't recommend them more!! As a family, we all had a piece of jewellery and it was so comforting to know that Julie had made them all. Even with the upset of covid this didn't affect our delivery. It was prompt and perfect. Everything you do is amazing and so thoughtful. Thank you so much!!”
