I asked if they could fast track my order in time for my dads 60th birthday and they didn’t everything they could to ensure we received it in time. “This company is amazing! Such fast, sympathetic service. Thankyou Sinéad for making and packaging my beautiful Banjo ring. Beautifully presented, instructions are easy, and any spare ashes are returned. I love my ring so much, Banjo was my boy, and he helped me with several life changes. Communication from cherished urns was was FANTASTIC. From when they receive your order, to sending the instructions, to when they've received the ashes, to when the ring was being made and finished, to when its been posted and even tracking service so you can keep an eye on your precious jewellery of your loved ones. “I am so happy with my locket, it really makes me feel closer to my Auntie knowing that she with me when I wear my necklace. The service was fantastic and the quality of the jewellery is really good. “I was lucky enough to win the monthly competition and chose a ring with the ashes of my beautiful dog Holly who died whilst I was undergoing radiotherapy, the whole process from being told I won to the ring being received was second to none, it was so easy to order and everything, I was kept up to date at every stage and to say I am happy with it is an understatement, I can't thank Cherished Urns to be able to have Holly with me always.”
