“If there was a star for ‘exceptional’ I would have used it! The fabric that I bought for our wedding backdrop is beautiful and when it originally showed out of stock I was devastated, but a phone call to them was handled superbly. They found extra stock and phoned back to take my order before updating the website. They helpfully explained how their lead time works so I knew what fabrics I can expect as regular restocks and when it was worth checking back for them etc, making it feasible to ‘rely’ on them rather than counting the inexpensive fabrics as just ‘lucky one off’ finds’. Advice regarding the quality to expect from each satin that I was considering for the wedding dress was accurate, well informed and really helpful. Delivery was prompt and communications via email were regular and accurate regarding when to expect the parcel. Superb company, and I will be a regular customer from now on. FANTASTIC FROM START TO FINISH”
